Prioritize is a priority management app that helps you focus on what matters most using the Warren Buffett 25/5 rule. Features include voice/text priority creation, AI-powered task assistance, accountability partnerships, and progress tracking.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the app for personal priority management purposes
• Provide accurate information
• Respect other users in leaderboard and accountability features
• Not misuse AI agent features or attempt to manipulate the system

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription billing is handled through RevenueCat and your device's app store. Refunds are subject to app store policies.

6. AI Services

Our AI features are powered by advanced language models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed before implementation.

7. Intellectual Property

The app and its content are owned by THINK INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGIES LTD. You retain ownership of your priority data and content.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

9. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is." We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
